Directions from I95
Natural Medicine and Wellness Center is conveniently located about 5 minutes off of I95.
- From either the northbound or southbound lanes, take exit 5 and make a right at the traffic light at the ramp. This will put you n E. Putnam Ave (US1).
- Drive 0.2 miles to the first intersection and make a right on to Sound Beach Ave.
- Travel 1.1 miles. Natural Medicine and Wellness Center will be on your left hand side. It is located on the ground level floor of a white house. There will be a small sign in front of the house. You may park in the parking lot off the driveway. Enter the office from the door on the side of the house off the driveway.
